August 12, 2007 - Monument Rocks, Kansas
In August of 2007 I drove up to GenCon in Indianapolis, IN.
Of course, I did not go straight there. This may have been the first of the "great detours". On this trip I drove up to South Dakota first, and then over to Indiana.
Stopping along the way of course.

An interesting site on the west side of Kansas. In an otherwise ordinary vast swath of farming land are these formations.
