August 3, 2011 - Abraham Lincoln Boyhood Home, Kentucky
In August of 2011 I drove up to GenCon in Indianapolis, IN.
This trip did not have so many crazy detours.

On my way to Gencon in 2011 I was taking a route through Kentucky. There was a lot of construction along the interstate so I took a highway off the beaten path.
As it turns out, the boyhood home of Lincoln was along the way.
An amusing thing was that while I was there, another couple was there who were from Norman, OK. I grew up there and lived there until a few years ago.
